By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by signing a Service Proposal/Scope of Work (SOW) referencing these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or order our Services.

PromptITSolutions is a commercial and residential technology systems contractor based in Ontario, Canada. Our operations include, but are not limited to:

• Structured Cabling: Cat6/Cat6A, fiber optic splicing, conduit pathing, rack layouts, and cable management.
• Network Solutions: Firewall setup, switches configuration, router installations, and SD-WAN integrations.
• Enterprise WiFi: Multi-AP wireless surveys, heatmapping, hardware staging, and guest portal configuration.
• CCTV & Access Control: IP cameras, Network Video Recorder (NVR) setups, and secure building access integrations.
• Smart Automation: Office automated HVAC, smart lighting, conferencing AV configurations, and environmental sensors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or service listings at any time without notice.

You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Disrupting, overloading, or compromising the security of the Site, hosting servers, or connected network equipment.

For clients engaging us for networking, cabling, or hardware installations:

• Scope of Work (SOW): The exact services, hardware lists, installation timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a formal written proposal (SOW) approved by the client.
• Estimates: Estimates provided through our online quote builder, AI assistant, or over the phone are preliminary figures for guidance only and do not constitute binding contracts.
• Payment Terms: Invoice milestones, deposit requirements (e.g., 50% upfront for hardware procurement), and payment deadlines will be explicitly defined in your project agreement. Overdue balances may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).

OUR SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PROMPTITSOLUTIONS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE STATUS OF THIS SITE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromptITSolutions, its directors, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), arising out of or related to your use of our site, server downtime, or the execution of physical cabling projects.

These Terms of Use, their interpretation, and any disputes arising from your relationship with PromptITSolutions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the **Province of Ontario** and the federal laws of **Canada** applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to resolve any legal disputes or claims.
